I hold degrees in Law (LLB) and Political Thought (BA), a Master’s in Real Estate (MSc), and a Diploma in Financial Planning (RG146). And I’m also a qualified lawyer, originally from South Africa who moved to Australia in 2018.
I dismissed Bitcoin twice before it stuck. The third time, in 2020, I had the headspace to go deep. I asked the question every Bitcoiner eventually asks: what is money? That question changed everything. I went down the rabbit hole and never came back up.

As the “Bitcoin guy” in my network, people started asking for help securing their holdings. That became professional work as Managing Mentor at Bitcoin Mentor Australia, where I help people take self-custody seriously. Not just holding bitcoin, but securing it, understanding it, and building it into a life that makes sense.
But a pattern kept emerging. Clients were doing everything right with their security and had no plan for what happens when they die. When a change in my own life meant I needed an updated will, I went looking for a proper solution. The options were either generic templates that ignore self-custody entirely, lawyers charging thousands who don’t understand multisig, or wealth managers who defeat the point of holding your own keys.
So I built one. My Bitcoin Will is the world’s first DIY will kit designed specifically for bitcoin self-custody holders. It combines legal structure, technical guidance, and plain-English education so that your sats actually reach the people you care about.

The Sovereign Life is where the broader conversation lives. It’s a podcast about radical personal responsibility across wealth, health, and family, because self-custody is a mindset, not just a key management strategy.
